In accordance with federal and state regulations, Ůӟ£ÀûÔÚÏß evaluates each student's academic progress at the end of each enrollment period (Fall, Spring, Summer). A student must be consistently meeting the below Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) standards in order to be eligible for Title IV funding, or federal financial aid, such as the Pell Grant, FSEOG, and Federal Work-Study, as well as for state funding such as the Cal Grant. Financial aid SAP standards do not apply to California College Promise Grant eligibility. CCPG eligibility will be assessed by the Financial aid SAP standards apply to all students regardless of whether or not financial aid was previously received.
Students are notified that they must maintain financial aid SAP standards within their Financial Aid Award Notification sent to their student email each year they qualify for funding. Should a student fail to maintain financial aid SAP standards, a detailed notification will be sent to their student email following the term in which the standards were not met.
Please also note, to qualify for Financial Aid funding, you must be enrolled in a payable program. Reach out to your academic counselor to update your program.
