You will have an interview with a recruiter about your interest and experience in the role.  

In an effort to reduce bias in hiring, redacted résumés of qualified candidates are shared with hiring managers to review and assess the skills and experience of the candidate pool. Candidate names, locations, school names and graduation years are redacted.

You will interview with the hiring manager for the role. This interview is focused on the job functions and will provide an opportunity for candidates to learn about the role’s expectations. 

You will participate in structured interviews with an established interview committee for the role. To ensure that all candidates have the same experience, interview questions for panel interviews are scripted. 

Ů�Ÿ������� establishes interview committees for each role. Interview committees are intentionally diverse. When creating a committee, we consider race, gender identity, age, position level, time at the organization, and office location whenever possible.  The members of the interview committee remain the same throughout the interview process for consistency of feedback. 

To create the questions, we first determine the core skills necessary for each job.  Interview committees are then tasked with assessing the candidate’s abilities to perform those skills. 

Most interviews are conducted virtually. During the preliminary interview, your recruiter will inform you of the interview format.
